The facts base contains information used by the inference engine to reach the final solution. Each fact is composed of a list of geographical objects characterized by a fuzzy set. The figure 4 represents a fact ``Dynamic is big'', where each geographical object is coupled with a fuzzy set representing a degree of ``big''.
