Total Conflict

When the sources to be fused are in total conflict (figure 27), it is not possible to release a common opinion. Only disjunctive fusion (part B) is performed. As consensus $1 - h(\pi_1, \pi_2)$ takes the value of 1, the disjunctive fusion is not restricted.
