Application

The principle of the quantified adaptive fusion is the assumption that, among all the sources available, a part only are reliable sources, but without knowing which. That makes it possible to generalize adaptive fusion while getting rid of the problem of the disjunctive part of the rule, and to discard the main defect of conjunctive fusion, namely the sensitivity to conflict between sources.
