Fuzzy Logic

Fuzzy logic has received more and more attention from researchers, engineers and industrialists, but more generally from all those who need to formalize empirical methods, to generalize natural process of reasoning, to automate decision-making, to build artificial systems dealing with tasks usually dealt with by humans.

This theory is attractive because it is based on a very intuitive although somewhat subtle, idea capable of generating many intellectually appealing results that provide new insights to old, often-debated questions. We will present here the fuzzy sets and their properties.
